This blog started with my personal experiences with D-MER, at the time an unknown condition, after the birth of my third child. In blog format I went on to report some of my findings after talking with over 100 women who have also suffered from D-MER. The blog journey continued as I started to talk to the professionals and found concrete answers. It was then www.d-mer.org was finally launched. We gave D-MER a name and found a vision to help people understand D-MER better.

Geographical Map of D-MER

A geographical map of D-MER is in progress. If your location (US state or country of residence) is not represented thus far, please leave a comment with that information so it can be added to the map! Make sure it is the location of where you live, not where you are from. This will help with awareness and to show how widespread it is, with women affected all over the world. The embedded map is below, zoom out or click on the link to see the full map. Thank you for your help with this project! PLEASE NOTE: for this post I can no longer accept location submissions from anonymous posters, for this project we need to verify you are a real person!! You do not need to give your town name though, just county or state.

I am from Pasadena CA. I thought I posted as a real person but I don't see my reply so I might have accidentally done it anonymously.
